• Cabin check-in is 3PM, checkout is 11:00AM.

• RV check-in is 1PM, check-out 12PM.

 

• No smoking in cabins. The following minimum additional cleaning charges will be assessed if smoking occurs in a cabin:

      1 Bedroom-$200

      1 Bedroom plus loft-$250

      3 Bedroom-$300

      5 Bedroom-$350

 

• While we understand that accidents happen, willful destruction of property will result in charges equal to replacement or repair cost of damaged/destroyed property.

 

• Dogs allowed in select cabins only. If you are travelling with pets, please confirm that you are reserving a pet-friendly cabin (cabins 7, 8, 10, 11, 13 and 14 only) . 2 dog maximum. No cats in cabins. Dog breed restrictions apply. Please read our pet policy prior to making reservations. Pets may not be left alone in cabins or allowed to disrupt others’ quiet enjoyment anywhere on the property. All dogs are to be leashed. Please clean up after your pet. Pet owners are responsible for any property damage caused by pets.

 

• Quiet hours are 10PM-8AM   Please, no loud music at any time.

•  Pool Hours are 10AM-10PM     Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult.

 

• Use of firearms is not permitted on the property.

 

• This hilly location makes walking and hiking a challenge. Please take it easy and watch your step carefully. No skateboards. You are responsible for any injuries sustained.
