Watchman Campground, Zion National Park

Updated: Jan 23, 2020

Watchman Campground is located less than a mile from the south entrance to Zion National Park. This is a large campground, open year-round with nearly 200 sites. There are tent and RV sites ($20&$30/night). RV sites have electric only. There is a dump station and water available.

There are plenty of clean (heated!) public restrooms. Paid showers and laundry facilities are available a short walk away at Zion Outfitters.

While reservations would be recommended for the busier months of spring and summer, we were able to snag a great spot backing up to the Virgin River. Nothing like falling asleep to the sound of rushing water in the background.

This is a beautiful campground with spacious sites. Highly recommended.
